What I will suggest is one thing that does help me (slightly). If you can, get out of the office at lunch times and go for a brisk walk. Stare at the sky a lot and try to absorb as many candela as you can.
I do try to but the lately the weather in this part of West Yorkshire has been truely miserable. If it's not been raining it's so grey that you're likely to get any kind of benefits from going out and staring at the sky. In fact, looking from the large window by my desk, it's even more depressing that not knowing what it's like out there. I want a few days of dry, cold weather. I don't mind the cold as long as the sky is blue and the sun is out.
I tried to take advantage of the respite in the damp gloom on Sunday and potter in the garden but it's like a quagmire out there. In this kind of weather it never dries out.
