mauduk and my self left the house relatively early and headed over to Bradford Ice Rink to go skating. I fell over once hard on the shoulder I damaged in my motorcycle accident and it hurts. On the way there I realised the last time I went ice-skating I think was in the same rink 20 years ago when I was still at university. Then I realised that mauduk wasn't even born then. I feel old...
