I'm knackered

I've just spent most of the day digging the garden. I've built a strange fence out of bamboo so that I can kill off all the weeds without killing off the dog. I reckon there's about three more days work to get it entirely sorted.

The exercise is good for me. I've been feeling depressed lately about my size and weight and although I've reduced the carbs in my diet I need exercise. Anyway I feel good right now, so I'm off for a bath. Hopefully I wont have to cook tonight so I can have a geek session.
