Bloody body...

I had to take Friday off due to gastric problems (you can guess the symtoms). I thought I was better on Saturday but they re-occurred Saturday evening. At least it helped my diet. This morning I washed my car. Bloody typical, I arrange a barbeque and decide to wash my car for the first time in months and it rains. Anyway I washed it regardless and it looks somewhat cleaner. I seem to have used muscles I'm not used to using and my back is now in agony. I am so still and uncomfortable. I had to sit in an upright chair at the barby because I couldn't get down to the blanket. I hope it improves by tomorrow morning.
