Running/Jogging
Aug. 13th, 2003 01:40 pmOnce upon a time I used to be not a bad middle to long distance runner. Then I got fat and unfit. I feel I need to get fit again and so need a target of some kind but I really don't know where to start.
Now that
lisaparratt is working at the same place as me we are intending to join the local gym (which gives a discount to company employees). I plan to may be use the treadmill or exercise bike followed by a session in the pool. What do people think?
Anyway any ideas and advice would be welcome.
