When out to see a film a Leeds Film Festival last night and saw Revolution OS on the mediumly sized screen. It's a documentary on the rise of Linux. It is worth seeing but extremely US centric (like no one outside of the US does any Linux development). The biggest omission was no mention of Alan Cox, but as he's Welsh what would he know! The Egos were astounding the only sane one appeared to be Linus himself. Stallman was a nut and he just confirmed what I had deduced from reading his articles, that he's an egotistical twit. I was also amazed at their time scales. In what they were considering the early years I was already giving talks on Linux, specifically ARM Linux, at computer shows.

Gym tomorrow so I'm going to make sure everythings good for my induction training. Have you ever tried finding a swimming costume in winter of you are of the larger persuasion. It's a nightmare. The only shops that have them are sports shops and they only cater for tiny people. There seems to be this big assumption that people going to the gym are skinny people. From my experience so far they tend to be podgy people who want to be skinny people. Me thinks I will have to look online and see what I can find.

My computer's got a new case and graphics card. It's now sleek and black with a (tacky?) UV reactive window in the side. The graphics card is a dual header so I'll have fun tonight trying to get it to drive both of my SGI monitors. So the big question is now, two separate desktops or one big one spread across both monitors?
