cyberspiceOpening night at The Subculture was generally good. There was a pleasing turnout and I danced to Paul's usual Flock fare and loads of eighties hair rock. I've left early mainly because of a bad ear ache I've had for the past 24 hours which is affecting the whole right had side of my face.
The night was marred only by the usual drunkard invasions of personal space and a nameless individual who needs to learn that because someone has different opinions and a different view on the world it doesn't mean they can be abusive to them. The individual concerned obviously has impulse control issues but I've been around enough people with mental illness to know that sometimes an individual can't control themselves and so you need to cut them some slack. Oh well. Sticks and stones and all that. What's done is done and I bare no ill feeling. I have more important things to worry about...
