YYaarrgghh! I feel like shit. I think I'm in full 'flu' mode. Although I drove lisaparratt, jezebel_z and Zoe to Wendyhouse I missed it for the first time in over a year and instead got Molly to supply me regularly with hot rum, lemon and honey toddies. I couldn't sleep either so had a crap night. I'm been trying to make up for it by wrapping myself in a duvet and laying in a recliner watching Dr Who, Farscape and movies all morning.

Trash made it to the Wendy House last night, but with a very sore throat. Her solution was to drink Southern Comfort all night long "for medicinal purposes - it's numbing my throat". Seemed to work :-) She's completely crashed out on the futon behind me now though...

Well it appears that it's one of those fourty eight hour flus. I felt crap yesterday but feel so much better this evening that I think I'll be returning to work tomorrow. My nose seems to have virtually stopped running too.

On the subject of Doctor Who - what do you think of the casting of Richard E. Grant?

I've not checked it out yet. But when I first heard that he was going to do it I thought he was a good choice. He was brilliant in Withnail and I and is great at playing quirky English men.

Next week is Fourtieth Aniversary weekend on UK Gold. I suspect I'll be stuck in front of the TV all weekend.

Already starting to thanks. It looks like one of those 48 hour thingies. This morning it was hard to get up which was the sound to wheezing and racking coughs but sat here at work it isn't too bad (apart from the work thing that is). See you at the Wendyhouse Chrimble do?
